What do we offer

We help organisations explore, evaluate, and implement carbon capture, utilisation, storage and carbon removal technologies, including Direct Air Capture and next-generation solutions.
Carbon capture technologies play a growing role in global decarbonisation pathways, but current deployment remains modest relative to emissions. According to the International Energy Agency, as of early 2025, around 50 million tonnes of CO₂ capture capacity are in operation globally, with approximately 45 commercial-scale facilities capturing carbon each year. Based on current project pipelines, global capture capacity could reach around 430 million tonnes of CO₂ per year by 2030, a significant increase, but still below the levels needed to align with net-zero pathways.
Direct Air Capture has also advanced, with about 27 DAC plants commissioned across Europe, North America, Japan, and the Middle East, though most remain demonstration scale today. Plans are underway for 130+ DAC facilities at various stages of development, and if these go ahead, DAC capacity could grow to 65 MtCO2/year by 2030.
What we do
1
Assess the feasibility, maturity, and deployment readiness of CCUS and DAC solutions
2
Support pilot testing across industrial sites and innovation zones
3
Integrate carbon removal into long-term climate strategy

CCC works with organisations to restructure their decarbonisation plans in line with global standards and sector-specific pathways. Decarbonisation strategies often stall because they remain high-level and disconnected from operational realities. CCC focuses on converting climate ambition into prioritised, financially grounded, and implementable roadmaps that account for technology readiness, cost, timelines, and organisational constraints particularly for complex industrial systems and multi-site operations.
What we do
1
Refresh and redesign decarbonisation strategies for complex industrial and supply-chain systems
2
Identify and prioritise emissions reduction interventions using global and sectoral benchmarks
3
Assess feasibility, cost, and sequencing of interventions to support decision-making
CCC conducts deep-dive Life Cycle Assessments to quantify environmental impacts across the full value chain, from raw material sourcing and manufacturing to use and end-of-life and to identify the most effective levers for decarbonisation. For many organisations, the majority of emissions do not sit within direct operations. According to GHG Protocol, the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) emissions can represent over 90% of a company’s scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. Scope 3 includes many of a company’s most significant impacts, such as emissions in the supply chain from producing the materials a company purchases (e.g. from outsourced manufacturing) and the emissions from the products the company makes and sells. Without a life cycle perspective, decarbonisation efforts risk focusing on low-impact areas while missing the true emissions drivers. LCAs provide a structured, science-based way to identify these hotspots, compare materials and technologies, and guide decisions on where decarbonisation investments will deliver the highest impact.
What we do
1
Conduct LCAs for products, packaging, materials, and industrial processes
2
Quantify emissions and environmental impacts across the value chain
3
Translate LCA findings into actionable decarbonisation plans aligned with strategy and implementation
CCC stands apart by offering deployment. We support organisations in piloting, deploying, and scaling decarbonisation solutions within real operational environments. We work at the intersection of engineering, operations, and technology deployment to translate decarbonisation plans into implemented projects. CCC acts as an implementation partner, ensuring technologies are tested, validated, and integrated into existing industrial and supply-chain systems.
What we do
1
Support the deployment of CCUS, DAC, renewable energy systems, energy efficiency technologies, and circularity solutions
2
Design and manage pilot projects for industrial decarbonisation technologies
3
Coordinate site-level implementation, including integration with existing operations
4
Lead implementation for Innovation Expand projects and selected external clients
